IPL/Photofacials
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment, which is also referred to as photorejuvenation, helps treat sun damage and reduce pore size. Patients may also notice that the skins overall surface looks more luminous.
How Does IPL Work?
ELIGHT IPL selectively treats the red or brown pigmented areas of the skin. This is the same exact method that produces the therapeutic effect.
What Particular Areas can be Treated?
IPL Photorejuvenation treats most areas with sunspots and sun damage, redness or freckles. The most popular areas for treatment are the face, neck, chest, shoulders, arms and hands because they have suffered from the most sun exposure.

What Does IPL Feel Like?
When the hand piece is placed on your skin, it will feel cool and comfortable. When the pulse of light is delivered, you will feel a brief, stinging, heated sensation.
